Stephanie brings a positive, cheerful and encouraging coaching style to the Saratoga-Wilton Soccer Club. The players feed off of her energy, enthusiasm, and experience/soccer knowledge to learn and understand this beautiful game. Stephanie focuses on player development at the U10 level. Players will learn and begin the journey to master technical skills in the areas of passing, receiving, finishing, dribbling, 1v1 moves, and throw-ins and are exposed to basic tactical aspects of the game such as but not limited too goal kicks, corner kicks, defending, and ball movement. The players also receive basic goal instruction and exposure to all positions on the field. Through Stephanie’s coaching style, players will be coached as a whole person and learn not only soccer skills but life skills as well.

Ted is the head coach and trainer of Saratoga’s U12 boys team. Over the past ten years Ted has coached various age groups of youth soccer players including Saratoga’s U12 boys for the past several years. He holds an ‘E’ coaching license as well as a NSCAA state coaching diploma. Ted was a four year starter for Siena College’s soccer team after being a Central Oneida League first-team All-Star playing center mid-field for New Hartford High School in New Hartford, NY. Ted’s primary focus as a coach is on developing each player’s soccer skills and confidence in a fun, challenging environment while also introducing organized team play. Developing a solid foundation of soccer skills prepares youth players for successful play at the next age levels.

Thomas Marron | U12 Boys
Tom is a Certified Level I coach and has been coaching competitive soccer for the past 8 years. In Pittsburgh he was the Head Coach of the U-12 travel soccer team which was the 2010 PA West Divisional Champs. He moved to Saratoga in September 2010 and became the Assistant coach working with Ted Henderson were he learned the Saratoga – Wilton soccer philosophy. Tom is currently the head coach of the Saratoga Thunder (Boys U-12 team).
Tom’s background in athletics is very diverse. He played collegiate tennis for the State University College at Buffalo, instructed tennis at multiple tennis clubs, was a ski instructor at Swain Ski Center and currently plays soccer with the adult league in Saratoga. Tom brings his diverse background to the soccer field by focusing on player development and team focus.

Joe is coach and formert board member of the club. Holds the board appointed position as "Director of Coaching" and sits on the Coach Selection Committee, Competition Committee, Player Selection Committee. He is a USSF Licensed youth coach with over 10 years coaching experience and over 10 years of competitive playing experience at the college, high school and premier travel levels. He continues to play on the SWSC Adult Team.

Chris was an addition to our coaching staff for the 2010-2011 soccer year. Chris brought three years of Division II playing experience to Saratoga Springs City School District as the 2010 Girls JV Head Coach. For the 2011 High School season, Chris is the JV Boys Coach.

| Director of Rec Soccer
In addition to coaching in the Club, Dennis is the Director of the SWSC Rec Program at Gavin Park for 400 players Pre-K to 6th grade. In the Club, he focuses player development - playing smart, moving without the ball, creating options on offense and taking away options on defense.
